About

Focus Center Foundation

The mission of the Focus Center Foundation is to recognize and empower the LGBTQ+ community throughout the Mid-South region through creative arts, community outreach, and community partnerships.

The Focus Center Foundation (FCF) is a 501(c)3 organization, and is the fiscal agent of the Focus Awards, The Prism Pages, World AIDS Day Art Showcase, and Musing with Mothie podcast. FCF was founded to support the core groups that Focus Magazine serves. Focus empowers LGBTQ+ communities and their allies in these areas through publishing literary work, honoring the work being done by folks in the community, and spreading awareness through our outreach programs.
